Initially we had a bit of hesitation and resistance from some participants and managers - the usual reasons being time constraints, uncertainties, etc. However…the feedback immediately following the session, and the next day, was not only very enthusiastic but more than expected!

I have taken so many courses with you over the years that you have made me who I am today…and that's a good thing…before taking your courses I was so frightened to do reports; to stand up in front of people and tell them what I think; I wasn't assertive enough, the list goes on. I have so much confidence when I'm going to give a presentation...and when I get positive feedback it makes me feel good.
