Admin Professionals Week is a chance to give back and thank the hardworking
people at the frontlines of business. The Wednesday of the week is
recognized as Administrative Professionals Day. ACT celebrated this
year by partnering with Aurora College to offer two free courses to
administrative professionals in Yellowknife. |

We are BC’s organizing committee
for local events celebrating creativity and the creative spirit,
held annually on Leonardo Da Vinci’s birthday. In honor
of this year’s Creativity Day, ACT held a free workshop
on creativity for the public.

Retail Week, organized by Retail BC, is
an annual event featuring a tradeshow, seminars and presentations.
This year ACT hosted a booth in the tradeshow and President Janet
Dean gave a presentation titled Staff
Development and Training - Making Training a Priority. |

ACT arranges local events celebrating
work/life balance, de-cluttering and leading a balanced life.
Past events have included a “Time Institute,” featuring
a variety of related training sessions and free seminars.
We are always looking for volunteers and sponsors to assist in
