Local Company Trains Saudi Execs

CEOs Come to Vancouver to Build Leadership Skills

New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada – Senior executives from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) will descend on Vancouver this summer to participate in a premier training program focusing on advanced leadership issues and skills.

Advance Corporate Training Ltd. (ACT) and the Canada Global Consulting and Training Centre (CGC) have joined forces to deliver the Integrated Global Leadership Program for CEOs. The one-week training program will feature such topics as Leadership for the New Millennium, Negotiation Skills as well as Creative Thinking Techniques and Problems Solving Strategies.

“Our expertise in international relations and our strength in high-end learning event planning coupled with CGC’s knowledge and experience in the Saudi market will ensure the Saudi business leaders gain the absolute most out of this experience,” said ACT President Janet Dean.

The week will also include networking, social events and business matching services for Canadian business interested in reaching the Arabic market.

According to CGC Marketing Manager and Consultant Mahmoud Al-Tayeh, the Saudi Arabia business market currently faces many challenges, “including those of multicultural workplaces, issues of nationalization and the multitude of training opportunities in a rapidly developing country.

“This program will give participants a consistent skill and knowledge level that they will be able to directly apply to their work in Saudi Arabia.”

ACT has been providing training, consulting and curriculum-design services to performance-driven business, institutions and organizations since 1990. The company operates out of its head office in New Westminster, BC, as well as two satellite offices in Edmonton, AB and Shijiazhuang, China.

CGC, established in Vancouver, is a global network of training and information expertise stretching from Canada and the United States, across Europe and into the Arab and other countries of the Middle East.
